Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will return the purchase sum to you within 14 days.

Can I return my order?

Customers of NCScolorguide.com have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days after the delivery of their order. As a customer, you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days. You can return the order within 14 days after terminating the agreement.

To use your right of withdrawal, you can download our return form. We kindly ask you to fill in the invoice number, the reason for the return and your telephone number and bank account number. Please send the product(s) together with a printed, completed and signed return form to the following address:

We will return your payment, excluding the shipping costs of the return shipment, to you within 14 days, as long as the product has been received by us.
